Who will be in attendance?
We are expecting Pharmacists, Pharmacy Technicians, Clinical managers, Buyers and Directors of Pharmacy from Hospital, Retail, Specialty Infusion Pharmacy, and Pharmacy Management companies. This is a regional event however, there are attendees traveling from other regions and US states.
What is Vendor Education?
We are also hosting Vendor education for Manufacturers and Wholesalers. Education for vendors include 340B education and the return of the Ask-A-Buyer Live Q&A session This is education included with every exhibitor registration type and can be added onto general attendance.
What type of Exhibit Space is available?

Exhibits include 6ft table and space on the first floor of the venue. Space sizes vary.

Upgraded booths include a 6ft table (optional) , and table top with seating for up to 10 people.

Premium booths include two 6ft tables (optional), patio games, and a private area on our second floor to host up to 30 people.

Will I receive an attendance list?
Attendee contact lists will be mailed to registered vendors before the event and post-event to registered exhibitors only.
Not available to general attendee ticket types or added vendor education.
What is the PharmFest Scavenger Hunt?
Similar to an exhibit BINGO, attendees are incentivized to visit your exhibit.
What conversation would you like to have with your clients?
We use action items and qualifying questions to increase attendee engagement at your booth and bring awareness to your products or services.

An activity during our exhibit that not only leads prospect to your booth, but also helps to start desired conversations. Attendees must visit booths and ask questions about your products or services to be eligible to win prizes.
